“As an Australian, it is quite moving to see here in Estonia such a professional and well-thought-out exhibition—an homage to Harry Seidler, the best known Australian architect of the twentieth century, whose work deeply influenced the Australian landscape both in major cities and in the bushland in practical and philosophical ways through his belief in modernism. I do want to acknowledge the work of Vladimir Belogolovsky. I am sure there were many, many people involved in putting this exhibition together, but the curator is the one who is ultimately responsible. It is his inspiration which is behind this event. Congratulations on this achievement of highlighting the work of Harry Seidler through the creative collaborations so beautifully presented here…I wish this fantastic exhibition a great deal of luck. I am sure that it will not only bring joy to Seidler’s family and the people who are inspired by his career and life, but it will attract many new admirers to the architect’s work. It is my pleasure to declare this exhibition open, and I hope you all enjoy it.”
